We’re serious about freshness—and we stand behind it. If your order arrives with any of the following signs, it doesn’t meet our standards and we’ll make it right:
- Sticky, slimy or unusual textures
- Rancid smells
- Bloated or leaking pouches
- Unusual discoloration within same batch
We work only with reputable suppliers and use 100% natural ingredients. Just like human food, slight color and texture variations between batches are completely normal. These differences happen due to seasonal harvesting and raw ingredient variations.
But if something looks off within the same batch (e.g. one pouch looks significantly different from another in the same case), let us know. We’ll launch an investigation and resolve it with care.
