At frashfresh™, we make fresh pet food for longevity. Not only our recipes are balanced, nutritionally complete and exceed AAFCO requirements, they are also formulated with only essential ingredients to reduce allergy risks. What type of ingredients does frashfresh™ use in its recipes?
frashfresh™ uses only fresh, human-grade ingredients. These ingredients are carefully selected based on their synergistic effect, the nutrient synergy of vitamins and minerals, and the botanical synergy that boosts the pharmacological activity of the added herbs. Our meals are also chunkier so you can see the quality of our ingredients used.
Does your frashfresh™ cooked pet food retain all the nutritional values?
Our frashfresh™ cooked pet food are cooked at a controlled temperature of 90°C—sufficient to eliminate harmful bacteria while preserving the bioavailability of essential nutrients. We do not expose our dog foods to extreme high-temperature cooking, which can greatly diminish their nutrient profile.
Why is frashfresh™ chunkier than other fresh foods on the market?
At frashfresh™, the food is chunkier for better nutrient and moisture retention. Chunkier textures also promote better digestion, supports dental health, and offers a more satisfying, natural chewing experience for your pet. When meats are too finely ground, they may lose more nutrients during cooking. Pet owners also can't distinguish ingredients, allowing lower-grade meats, fillers, thickeners or by-products to blend in unnoticed.
Is frashfresh™ formulated by vets?
Every frashfresh™ recipe is meticulously formulated by a team of conventional and holistic veterinarians and nutrition researcher. This expert-driven approach ensures a nutritionally balanced diet tailored for your dog’s optimal health.
Is frashfresh™ grain-free?
Yes, all frashfresh™ recipes are grain-free recipes.
Is frashfresh™ human-grade?
We use only human-grade ingredients that are supplied to restaurants and butcheries in worldwide, though the final product is intended exclusively for your pup’s consumption.
Do frashfresh™ products contain preservatives?
Our diets are 100% free from preservatives!
Are frashfresh™ single-protein dog foods?
All frashfresh™ recipes are single-protein recipes. Do note that our fish recipe contains mussels due to its excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, glucosamine, and chondroitin for joint health
Why is it necessary to add dietary supplements?
Like us, our pets need essential vitamins and minerals in the right amounts to stay healthy. In the wild, animals obtain these nutrients by consuming the entire prey, including organs, glands, and hair. With commercially prepared fresh diets, alternative ingredients and dietary supplements are used to prevent deficiencies. For example, in the wild, carnivores get their manganese from hair or feathers. In commercial diets, ingredients like turmeric, ginger, mussels, or manganese supplements are added to fulfil this need (we don’t add “fur or feathers” to our dog food!). Additionally, adding dietary supplements helps exceed the nutritional standards set by AAFCO. Rest assured, we use only human-grade supplements and minerals in our pet food.
What does it mean that frashfresh™ is nutritionally complete and balanced?
Our recipes follow the AAFCO nutritional standards and our recipes undergo testing through nutritional software to guarantee their nutritional content. Complete and balanced means that our recipe meets (and exceeds!) all of the nutritional requirements your pup needs based on the guidelines provided by AAFCO.
Shipping & Delivery
When will i receive my order?
You can expect your fresh bowls within 1 to 4 business days. We deliver Monday through Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
What are the delivery hours?
To ensure operational efficiency, we deliver exclusively between 6pm and 10pm. Please note that our routes are pre-planned, so we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery timings.
How will I know when it's coming?
Keep an eye on your phone! Our team will send you a "Delivery Confirmation Message" via WhatsApp once your order is processed. Just send us a quick acknowledgement reply to lock in your slot.
Can I request a contactless delivery?
Yes, please indicate any specific delivery remarks—such as condominium access codes or contactless requests—during the checkout process. We will do our best to accommodate these instructions.
Can I change my delivery date or address?
We know plans change! Please let us know at least 6 hours in advance (by 12pm on your delivery day) if you need to reschedule or update your address.
What are the rescheduling limits?
You may request to move your delivery to another date, provided it falls within 10 days of the initial proposed delivery slot.
What happens if I am not available to receive the order?
We strongly encourage customers to ensure someone is present and contactable during the delivery window. If no one is available, the order will be left at your door, gate, or with security at your own risk.
What if the delivery personnel cannot access my premises?
If we are unable to contact you and cannot access your address or drop off the order, the items will be discarded.
For food safety reasons, our personnel are authorized to discard frozen products that cannot be successfully delivered, as they cannot be returned to our fulfillment center or resold.
Please note that refunds will not be provided for discarded products under these circumstances.
Can I self-collect?
Yes, we’d love to see you! Self-collection orders take about 2 working days to process, and we’ll reach out to let you know when it’s ready.
You can find us at 65 Ubi Crescent, #04-01, Hola Centre, Singapore 408559. We are open for collections Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), between 10am-12pm or 2pm-5pm.
Please ensure you have your proof of purchase and appointment confirmation ready; we are currently unable to accept walk-ins.
Quality & Returns
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the perishable nature of frozen food and strict food safety standards, we do not permit any returns or exchanges. We recommend that you ensure you have adequate freezer storage before placing an order.
How do you ensure the food stays frozen during transportation?
We utilize insulated storage during transit and specialized frashfresh thermal cases to maintain the required temperature.
What if I notice condensation or slight thawing?
In Singapore’s humid climate, water condensation on packaging or wet spots on thermal cases are natural occurrences and do not affect food safety or quality. If the pouches feel slightly soft but remain partially frozen, they are safe to refreeze and consume.
We seek your understanding that these signs do not pose any safety concerns nor affect the quality of the food.
Reporting Quality Concerns
We take the safety and quality of our products very seriously. If you observe any of the following issues upon delivery:
- Bloated or swollen pouches
- Rancid or unusual odors
- Any other significant quality deviations
